Name of Veterinary Surgeon: ___________________________ ComplianceOver a three year period the requirement is sixty units of CVE/CPD for all registered veterinarians, of which at least fifteen units will be structured activities. All registered veterinarians must document all CVE/CPD undertaken. Documentation should be maintained for a minimum of three years. Record keeping may be held in this or any other retrievable format and suitable supporting documentation of each type of activity should be kept. |
