1) A veterinarian must display a sign including the following information at veterinary premises where the veterinarian practises veterinary science:

(a)  the veterinarian’s name;

(b)  whether the veterinarian is a veterinarian or veterinary specialist;

(c)  the veterinarian’s qualifications as recorded in:

(i)the register of veterinarians; or

(ii)if the veterinarian is a veterinary specialist – the register of veterinary specialists

2) However, a veterinarian is not required to comply with subsection (1) for premises where the veterinarian practises veterinary science in a temporary capacity, or in locum tenens, for not more than 30 days.
